My coach pushed my limits at the gym and today I can barely walk. No joke. Yes, I wanted to give up. It’s hard to feel so physically out of shape. And it’s hard to even acknowledge that I let myself get here. But the option is harder. What I know for sure is that I don’t want to stay where I’m at. What areas do you need to grow? Do you need a mindset shift? To develop areas of your faith? Grow your relationships? Strengthen yourself by doing the hard things. Will it be fun? ❌ Will it be easy? ❌ Will it be worth it? 💯 Resilience is like a muscle that develops as you use it.
